Method 1: Download AIOU Unofficial Transcript From CMS Portal
This is the main official method, and it is confirmed in AIOU’s own CMS guide:
- Open the AIOU Enrollment (CMS) Portal: enrollment.aiou.edu.pk
- Log in with your Registration Number as User ID and your password. (As per the AIOU CMS guide, the initial password is the last 2 characters of your name combined with the last 4 digits of your registration number – if you have changed it, use your own password.)
- On the dashboard, open Academic Records.
- Click View Un-official Transcript.
- Your unofficial transcript / DMC will open – it is a computer-generated copy of your result card showing course-wise marks and grades.
- Download it or press Ctrl + P to save it as a PDF.
AIOU Transcript Tracking
From the Exam and Grades section of the same portal, you can also see your semester-wise and complete result history. For Autumn 2026 and later semesters, component marks are shown with the final grade; for earlier semesters only the final grade appears.

If Your AIOU Transcript Shows “Incomplete”
- If the unofficial transcript is fully graded with final grades, it means your official result card will be dispatched soon.
- If it shows “Incomplete” or is not fully graded, you are not yet marked as passed out. In that case, apply for your DMC / Transcript through the standard procedure – online via Student Service Requests in the CMS Portal, or by submitting the AIOU Degree Form.
- Sometimes the “View Un-official Transcript” option is temporarily down or disabled. AIOU advises students to request access through the AIOU Support Portal (support.aiou.edu.pk) in that case.
- Transcripts of students who have completed all credits of their program are automatically uploaded after the final result announcement.
How to Get the Official AIOU Transcript / PRC
- Fill the AIOU Degree / Transcript application form (available on aiou.edu.pk under Downloads > Degree Forms), or apply online through Student Service Requests in the CMS Portal.
- Attach the paid fee challan and the required documents.
- Submit it to the Certificate / Degree Section, Examinations Department, AIOU, Sector H-8, Islamabad – or as directed on the form.

Duplicate Provisional AIOU Result Card / Transcript – Undertaking And Fee
If your original Provisional Result Card (PRC) or Transcript is lost or not received, you can apply for a duplicate:
- Fill the Undertaking Form for Duplicate Provisional Result Card / Transcript / Marks Sheet (available in the Degree Forms section on aiou.edu.pk).
- The undertaking is given on stamp paper of Rs. 20, verified by a Notary Public / Oath Commissioner.
- In the undertaking you declare that the original was lost / not received, and that if it is found later you will return it to the Certificate Section, AIOU Islamabad.
- Deposit the prescribed duplicate fee through bank challan and attach the original challan with the form.
