FBISE HSSC 2nd Annual Admission 2026 Fee Structure Schedule

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education FBISE HSSC 2nd Annual Admission 2026 Fee Structure has been announced for eligible HSSC-I and HSSC-II candidates. The examination will start from 28 October 2026, while FBISE admission forms can be submitted with normal fee on 21 September 2026, double fee from 22 to 26 September, and triple fee from 27 to 30 September 2026.

The FBISE HSSC 2nd Annual Examination 2026 admission schedule and fee structure have been issued for candidates who want to appear in the second annual examination. According to the fee notification dated 9 September 2026, the examination is scheduled to commence from 28 October 2026.

For candidates appearing in Pakistan, the admission fee is:

Note: The Rs. 4,700 fee includes Rs. 1,700 registration fee. The registration fee is payable only once.

Candidates must pay the complete applicable fee according to the current schedule. In case of short or delayed payment, FBISE may require payment of the differential amount.

For candidates appearing from abroad, the notified fee structure is:

The US$230 fee includes US$100 registration fee, which is paid only once.

Who Can Appear in FBISE HSSC 2nd Annual Exam 2026?

The following candidates are eligible:

• Registered HSSC-I and HSSC-II regular, ex and private candidates whose admission forms were cancelled or not submitted.
• Registered candidates who submitted their forms but remained absent in the annual examination.
• Candidates appearing for improvement of marks or grade.
• Candidates appearing for additional subjects according to IBCC instructions.
• Candidates who passed HSSC-I and want to improve their marks/grade, subject to eligibility.
• Candidates having a compartment in HSSC-I.
• Fresh candidates eligible under the FBISE rules.
• Candidates appearing in failure or improvement papers of Part-I or Part-II.

Candidates appearing in a failure or improvement paper of either Part-I or Part-II have to pay the full applicable fee for that part.

New FBISE HSSC-I Examination Pattern 2026

A new examination pattern will apply from the HSSC 2nd Annual Examination 2026 to fresh candidates appearing for the first time in five HSSC-I core subjects:

• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Computer Science

For these fresh candidates, the examination pattern will consist of 50% MCQs and 50% descriptive questions, under the Inclusive Scheme of Studies 2024.

However, candidates appearing again because of failure or improvement will continue with the existing examination pattern.

How to Submit FBISE HSSC 2nd Annual Admission Form?

Candidates should complete the online admission process according to the FBISE schedule. The applicable fee must be deposited before submission of the admission form.

The fee can be paid through:

• Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branches
• Easypaisa
• Jazz application

The system-generated bank challan must be deposited within the prescribed dates.

FBISE has also clarified that:

• Change of subject or group is not allowed after final submission of the online admission form.
• Incomplete admission forms/drafts will not be accepted.
• Establishment of the examination center is at the discretion of FBISE.
• Regular candidates’ admission data is available through the FBISE system.
• No hard copy of the admission form is required to be sent by the institution for regular candidates.
• A request to delete an admission form before issuance of the roll number slip must be submitted within the prescribed period and with the applicable deletion fee.
